"Was good for a few months when it was time to renew he lied and then told his team members to lie and when I caught him a lie he couldn't answer got upset and they will make fake insurance paperwork for your driving record and I have the proof to go with it screenshot and email dont trust this office"

"I am making this rating for State Farm in general. But Chase Ragsdale was my agency. I used State Farm for 7 months. In that time I found them to be a confusing company to communicate with. I was given the run around on a claim which took 5 months and only phone calls perused by myself to get anything done. Claim denied for someone damaging my home, and then claim denied on the hail storm that must have just jumped over my house. Two companies telling me I had damage. They said I had none. I did more work on these claims than they did. They will not pay out on claims. That is why they are cheaper. The communication is a nightmare and that is with their office and the claims office. And my car insurance went up 20$ a month after initial six months. No reason, just bait and switch. I could not wait to move to Farm Bureau! The WORST! Good neighbor my a$$."
